About Us
Dark Matter Chocolate Laboratory (formerly Chocolates by Ariel) is a small artisan chocolatier in Waltham, Massachusetts, producing fine handmade chocolates for the Boston area. We specialize in custom orders, including custom molds, and weddings; we also offer chocolate tastings and classes on request. Ariel Segall is the founder of the MIT Laboratory for Chocolate Science, and has been making, eating, and teaching about chocolate for well over a decade.
